If you follow me on stories you will have seen that I got a laser treatment done recently at Monarch Skin Rejuvenation! My girl Jessica performed what is called a PhotoPro Laser treatment on my face and neck. This is a full face treatment that includes a light pass with BBL laser and a light Profractional laser treatment. To read all about BBL lasers head here to read my post on them! BBL helps focus on getting rid of those brown and red spots we can get from the sun or left over acne scars. This is something I personally struggle with (dang tanning beds) so this treatment does wonders for my skin! The BBL paired with the Profractional laser did wonders for my overall skin health. The Profractional laser helps with collagen stimulation, also helps target those acne scars, smooths out fine lines and wrinkles and helps with overall skin texture. Here is some more info on the Profractional laser from Monarch’s website “The profractional laser treatment uses a fractional laser to create thousands of deep, tiny columns, or microscopic wounds in your skin without affecting the surrounding tissue. If you read my BBL post you know that BBL doesn’t have any downtime. It will make your dark spots darker and they do eventually flake off but other than that you can wear make up right away. The Profractional laser does have a small amount of down time associated. Right after the treatment my skin we very red and felt like I had a sunburn. The heat in my skin subsided after a couple of hours but I was still really visibly red. Waking up the next day the redness was almost all the way gone but I did still have some texture to my skin. I wore mineral make up starting on day 2 and around day 3 I started having some dead skin come off. Day 4 I would say my skin was 95% back to normal besides still having a couple of dry areas! If you struggle with uneven skin tone, dark spots, scaring or texture on your skin this treatment would be awesome! This treatment is actually Monarch’s March special and is $375 for the full face and if you wanted to add on the neck it would be an additional $250.
